Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In January 2011 - December 2016 in Shanghai sixth people's hospital of obstetrics and gynecology for prenatal; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. 75 g oral glucose powder during pregnancy OGTT test, according to the IADPSG criteria women diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of diabetes before pregnancy; 2. Chronic nephritis, hypertension, gestational hypertension, preeclampsia Heart disease, autoimmune disease, etc; 3. Twins or multiple births.
