Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned to conduct IVF-ET for the treatment; 2. Aged 18-45 year old; 3. contraception and infertility after marriage is not more than 12 months of normal life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The distribution of assessment of vitamin D: combined with other rheumatic diseases of the immune system; the thyroid, parathyroid dysfunction; the combined with other chronic diseases, such as liver, kidney, endocrine system, blood system, cerebral blood vessels, skin diseases and serious gastrointestinal diseases; the trauma, infection, tumor and other joint pain caused by less than half a year; who received vitamin D analogues such as alfacalcidol, vitamin D and calcium treatment; 2. analysis of vitamin D and reproductive outcome. the PGD treatment, bacterial prostatitis, fever and other recent factors affect fertility may affect sperm function; taking drugs.
