18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral of hemifacial spasm; 2. Unilateral trigeminal neuralgia; 3. Adults; 4. Accept the microvascular decompression for the first time; 5. Eligible individual who is registered permanent residences; 6. Sign the consent for clinical research; 7. agreed for long-term follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hemifacial spasm; 2. Secondary trigeminal neuralgia; 3. Patients with serious complications after MVD operation; 4. Women during pregnant stage and breast-feed stage; 5. Patients with other medical complications or serious mental disorders.
