Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of AS werein reference to the modified New York criteria of American College of Rheumatology in 1984, and psoriatic arthritis accord with Moll and Wright psoriatic arthritis diagnosis developed in 1973. We selected 17 consecutive patients with biopsy-proven IgAN secondary to SpA to be diagnosed and treated from Janury 1, 2010 to Janury 1, 2017.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes, primary hypertension, urinary tract infection, hepatitis B, systemic lupus erythematosus and other related diseases which may cause kidney damage were excluded from our study.
