Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer (BC) confirmed pathologicaly and at first hospital admission; 2. Aged >=18 years when enrollment of the study; 3. Patients at cTNM /II (regardless of surgery type choice) or III after neoadjuvant chemotherapy to be considered for BCS under the current guideline; 4. Other patients to suit for BCS by treating surgeons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Male/pregnancy/double breast cancer; 2. History of radiation therapy on chest; 3. Multiple lesions detected by imaging (ultrasound/MRI) before surgery; 4. Active connective tissue disease (scleroderma, systemic lupus erythematosus and others; 5. Inflammatory breast cancer.
