Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Compared to the same age, gender, and the height of the normal child, the height of the child was below the 3rd percentile or two standard deviation; 2. Two drugs (insulin and levodopa) sequential growth hormone induced test results showed a peak < 10ng/ml; 3. There was no apparent abnormality in blood routine, liver and kidney work, lipid and thyroid function; 4. The growth rate (GV) is less than 5cm/year between 3 years and pubertas; 5. The age of bone (BA) is two years and older compared to the actual age (CA).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The combination of other endocrine hormones to secrete the abnormality; 2. The combination of inherited metabolic diseases, bone development abnormalities, chronic diseases, and chromosomal diseases; 3. Severe malnutrition, familial idiopathic dwarfism, less than the age of a child.
