Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosised coronary heart disease, not limited gender and age, but should have clear consciousness, and Voluntarily accept questionnaire and can independently accomplish the corresponding questionnaire survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Because of reasons such as hearing, vision, and cognitive,and so on, cannot communicate, or refused to cooperate with the investigators.
