Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy popilation perform colonoscopy screening; 2. Chinese with Chinese nationality; 3. Aged 18 or more years old; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has colonoscopy test or colorectal surgery before; 2. Found malinant disease right now; 3. Has no independent civil rights; 4. Colonoscopy was uncompletely performed; 5. Has mental diseases
