Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 132 cases including 264 eyes were selected to accept the examinations of corrected visual acuity, slit lamp microscope, direct ophthalmoscope,OCT and fundus color photography after obtaining informed consent in the study.It was divided into two kinds of situations according to the performance of fundus. The abnormal one was included artery spasm stage, hardening of the arteries period and retinopathy phase. OCT results were divided into the normal and the abnormal ones according to retinal morphology and thickness, yet the later was further selected to observed the changes of neurosensory serous retinal detachment, retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) layer and IS / OS layer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding those who have chronic hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and kidney disease.
