Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Edentulous patients with implant prothesis; 2. Poor performance of oral hygiene.(The sites of PLI score =2 accounted for more than 20% among all the measurement sites, or the patiient presents peri-implantitis).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The soft tissue around the implant presented obvious swelling, reddening, increased pocket formation(PD=5mm) and purulence(peri-implantitis), needing for periodontal treatment or other treatment of patients before treatment, the condition is not stable before the test can not be included; 2. Patients with poor general condition and / or mobility problems; 3. Patients who can not complete oral hygiene maintenance measures independently; 4. Alcohol or drug addiction; 5. Patients who do not understand of follow the doctor's guidance.
