Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: Women of second pregnancy aged over 35 years. Control group: Pregnancy women aged between 20 years and 35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnancy women older than 55 years; (2) Pregnancy with artificial fertilization; (3) A history of diabetes before the first pregnany; (4) A history of thyroid dysfunction before the first pregnancy; (5) A history of cardiovascular disease including hypertension and congenital heart disease before the first pregnancy; (6) A history of severe diseases before the first pregnancy, including severe hepatic and renal dysfunction and cardiopulmonary insufficiency; (7) A history of neuropsychopathy before the first pregnancy, including anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and so on.
