Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female 60 years old and over; 2. Complains or caregiver's presentation of cognitive decline; 3. Symptoms of cognitive decline lasting for more than 6 months; 4. Normal general cognitive function: Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE)>=20 (education period=23(education period 1~6 years) or >=27(education period >=7 years); Or Montreal cognitive assessment (MOCA)<26; 5. Cognitive function test suggest impairment of any domain of cognitive function; 6. Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL)<26; 7. Not meeting diagnosis criteria of dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart failure; 2. Uncontrolled angina; 3. Severe pulmonary disease; 4. Severe arthritis; cancer requiring treatment in the past 3 years; 5. Parkinson's disease or other serious neurological disorders; 6. Serious renal disease; serious vision or hearing loss;
