Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective operations of thyroid surgery or spermatic vein ligation; 2. ASA I andII, aged 18-59yr; 3. None had heart andlung diseases, renal, hepatic disfunction, biliary tract disease; 4. Did nor receive any drugs which affect neuromuscular function; 5. No disorder of acid-base balance or electrolyte disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Allergic to electrodes; 3. Above 35% or below 20% of their ideal body weight.
