18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Crohn's disease: accord with the standard of clinical diagnosis of Crohn's disease, at least 6 week course; 2.Previous endoscopic examination or imaging examination confirmed the diagnosis of Crohn's disease; 3.No previous use of immunosuppressants, or nearly 4 weeks without the use of immunosuppressants; 4.Healthy crowd control or endoscopic examinations and get enough tissue samples; 5.Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy or lactation period in patients with CD; 2.To be in the near future in patients treated with operation; 3.Patients with intestinal obstruction, intestinal fistula and abscess; 4.Past medical history of tumor.
