Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age is greater than or equal to 18 years; 2) coronary CT or coronary angiography suggest that at least one of the three major vessels is more than 50% (including patients with emergency PCI, selective PCI and drug therapy); 3) I or the legal agent sign the informed consent of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) cardiogenic shock or Killip rating of the heart failure patients of >II level; 2) continuously or intermittently receiving beta agonists for treatment; 3) symptomatic bradycardia or hypotension (heart rate 0.24 second or systolic blood pressure <100mmHg patients with acute myocardial infarction; 6) allergic to beta blockers or any of the components of beta-blockers; 7) acute episodes of COPD and asthma; 8) patients with malignant tumor; 9) pregnant and lactating; 10) participated in another clinical study of the drug in the last 3 months; 11) any researcher who does not agree to participate in this study (such as cancer patients, patients with high risk of cardiac shock risk, etc.).
