Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The Patient who is diagnosed with acute aortic dissection type A and needs surgery; 2. Aged between 18 years to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neurological dysfunction; 2. Unwillingness to cooperation with study procedures.
