40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40-65 years; (2) peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women by genital-aging classification; (3) history of estrogen-free treatment and estrogen contraindications; (4) autonomy and willingness to enroll the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) taking estrogen or other steroid hormone drugs the recent three months; (2) with malignant tumor; (3) serious mental disorders; (4) difficult to understand the experiment content and sign the informed consent; (5) pregnancy; (6) serious nerve dysfunction; (7) the expectant survival < 3 years; (8) joining other studies at the experimental period; (9) hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, ovarian disease.
