Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant group: 1. First time and singleton pregnancy; 2. 32 weeks after pregnancy, healthy; 3. refractive error between -6.0D and 6.0D; 4. Aged 23 to 35 years old; 5. born and group up in Ningbo. Control group: 1. refractive error between -6.0D and 6.0D; 2. Aged 23 to 35 years old; 3. born and group up in Ningbo

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. smoking; 2. drug addiction; 3. glaucoma, retina diseases and any other ocular diseases; 4. eye operation; 5. hypertension,diabetes and any other diseases which may affect the choroidal thickness; 6. any other diseases.
