18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. previous history of no thrombosis; 3. preoperative coagulation function is normal; 4. preoperative platelet count in the normal Within the range; 5. previous liver and kidney dysfunction, history of thrombosis and family history of genetic blood; 6. all patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. long malnutrition and malignancy history; 3. recent surgical history; 4 weeks before the use of heparin and taking aspirin, clopidogrel, warfarin, ticlopidine and other anticoagulant drugs; 4. long history of the use of hormones; 5. secondary cardiac surgery and emergency surgery patients; 6. family history of genetic history, blood transmission of infectious diseases, patients with hematological diseases; 7. abnormal mental or can not complete the experiment with the patient.
