18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke within 24 hours of onset; 2. Diagnosis by head CT or MRI; 3. Aged between 18 and 90 years; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe disturbance of consciousness identified by the level of consciousness on NIHSS score >1 ; 2. The pre-mRS score >1; 3. Severe mental disorders and dementia; 4. Serious systemic diseases and expectancy life span 2.0 upper limit of normal (ULN) or severe liver disease; 6. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <30 ml/min/1.73m2 HR sever kidney disease 7. Inappropriate or unwilling to participate in the study.
