24 Years to 62 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. To be able to attend the training program on Saturday for 8 weeks and conduct daily practice at home; 3. Those experiencing with sleep disturbance, stress, depression or anxiety will be considered priority.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. current use of psychoactive medication, substance dependence; 2. current participant in psychotherapy programs or extensive practice of any form of meditation (>15 minutes per day); 3. obesity (body mass index >34.9), 4)those who reported cold, fever, inflammatory disorder, infection, diabetes, hepatitis C, cardiovascular disease and cancer in the past weeks.
