Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed of AMD male or female; 2. Signed a patient authorization form to use and disclose personal health information (or informed consent, where applicable).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the inflammation of anterior sgement; 2. fundus lesions in addition to AMD; 3. systemic diseases, such as diabetes, malignant tumor, alzheimer's disease, stroke, and autoimmune diseases; 4. Patients for other reasons can not complete the test
