Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with HBV-ACLF should meet the Chinese Liver Failure Guideline (V2012). They will be divided into 3 subgroups (the early stage, the medium stage and the late stage) based on prothrombin activity or INR level and further sub-divided into with/out infection. The infection sites should have imageological evidences or relative laboratory result supports. Any disagreement of the diagnosis and the infection site should be judged by our senior medical doctors and experts after discussion; 2. The selction of Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) and Asymptomatic HBV carrier (ASC) should meet the Chinses Guideline for prevention and treatment of CHB (V2015).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver failure caused by other hepatitis virus, alcohol, toxin or other reasons; 2. Complicated with DIC; 3. Patients who are receiving anticoagulants; 4. Unstable stages of myocardial or cerebral infarction; 5. Complicated with circulation collapse; 6. Complicated with nephropathy and renal insufficiency; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Liver cancer or hepatic metastasis from other malignant tumors; 9. Liver transplanted patients.
