16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Research Group (1) 80 >aged >16 years; (2) ASIA=A; (3) traumatic spinal cord injury patients (4)one month after injury; Control group (1) 80 >aged >16 years ;(2) 2 weeks before the collection of specimens without antibiotics or related probiotics drugs, food applications; non-glucocorticoid and other immune agents use; (3)no previous functional or organic digestive diseases, no history of immune diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) diabetes, ulcer, MS or other diseases; (2) usage of Glucocorticoid and other immunosuppressive agents; (3) usage of antibiotic in two weeks; (4) none Chinese nationality
