Inclusion criteria: Male and female Aged 16-65 years old presenting for cardiac surgery with CPB. left ventricular ejection fraction=0.3, Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter=80mm, CTR=0.8, CPBT<2h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any congenital or acquired the blood coagulation dysfunctionrenal or liver disease Not Han nationality.
