18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group :clinical patients with RSA,excluding people with abnormal chromosome,anatomic abnormality,cryptorrheaor infection,et al.; 2. Control group:normal pregnant women in early time. Without the history of spontaneous abortion and stillbirth. And people without abnormal chromosome, anatomic abnormality,cryptorrhea or infection,et al. Without threatened abortion symptoms such as vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain during pregnancy, and ultrasound confirmed normal embryonic development.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having serve active infection; 2. couples with chromosome abnormalit; 3. having reproductive malformation; 4. taking medicine within one month; 5. people with?autoimmune disease.
