Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery only Aged 18-70 years old Clopidogrel 75mg at least 5 days (or clopidogrel 300mg 8 hours) Agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary surgery and emergency surgery patientsCombined with other operations (such as valve replacement or aortic surgery) patients; Severe liver and kidney function clinical diagnosis of heart and lung failure, or combined with other brain diseases; Trace hematocrit (Hct) <33%, platelets (Plt) <100X10^9/L; Clinical diagnosis coagulation abnormalities (such as warfarin, coagulation congenital abnormalities); For any reason can not cope with studies, such as the following: language comprehension, mental illness.
