Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study intends to take 80 cases of the elderly, 20 cases of young people to collect the data of the sample. The screening condition of the sample was: there was no influence on the inflammatory skin disease, which was detected by the experiment. The detection site was the middle part of the forehead, the right cheek and the back of the left hand.
