14 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spinal tuberculosis is diagnosed according to medical history, clinical manifestations, as well as the results of imaging and laboratory tests, biopsy under CT guidance, and pus and tissue culture; 2. Age is range from 14 to 80 years old; 3. The patients are not fit for the surgical indications, which included spinal instability or severe pain, kyphosis deformity more than 20 degree, symptom of spinal or neural compression, insensitive for drug treatment or worsening. 4. Patients voluntarily signed informed consent; 5. Patient is diagnosed and treated for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have abnormal liver and kidney function and couldnt take antituberculosis drugs for long time; 2. Multiple-level noncongtiguous spinal tuberculosis; 3. Patients have active tuberculosis, whose sputum smears are positive; 4. Drug resistant tuberculosis is identified by culture of pus and tissue; 5. Patients combined with AIDS, syphilis and other infectious diseases; 6. Antituberculosis drug allergy; 7. Patients couldnt not cooperate with the treatment with the reason of mental illness or other.
