18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent; 2. Diagnosed with asthma according to the criteria of GINA(2014); 3. Aged 18-75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of systemic corticosteroids for regular treatments or within 4 weeks; 2. Exacerbations within 4 weeks; 3. Respiratory infections within 4 weeks; 4. Use of antibiotics within 4 weeks; 5. Smoking or quit smoking less than 1 year and had a less than 5 pack-year smoking history; 6. Combined bronchiectasis (seen in chest X ray),TB or other serious diseases such as cancer; 7. Other conditions unavailable to participate in research.
