Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 14-60 years old; Weight was above 30kg; and the diameter of the non limiting defect was more than 10mm; the function of the New York heart classification was II ~ IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with end stage pulmonary hypertension,cardiac malignant fluid ,severe left ventricular dysfunction (EF 30%) and other left heart disease,small defect (<5mm) with pulmonary arterial hypertension, pregnancy associated with pulmonary hypertension, Tang syndrome with Eisenmenger's syndrome,intracardiac or pulmonary artery thrombus in the merger, poor economic situation,or refused to participate in the study.
