40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic cerebral infarction lesions confirmed by imaging; 2. In the age of 40 (born before January 1, 1975) or above, not more than 80 years old (born after January 1, 1935); 3. After acute cerebral infarction within 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hanchinski ischemia index scale and Hamilton anxiety depression scale out AD and pseudo dementia caused by depression, anxiety and so on; 2. long-term use of antipsychotic medication, history of severe brain injury, with malignant tumor patients and severe basic diseases; 3. Serious eyesight, hearing impairment, severe aphasia or weak body impact inspectors; 4. Suffering from other diseases can affect cognition, such as encephalitis, epilepsy, cancer, multiple sclerosis, psychosis, thyroid function is low, alcohol or drug abuse, anemia, malnutrition, most of atrophic gastritis, gastric resection and taking folic acid and vitamin B12 metabolic diseases drugs.
