18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 45 years; 2. patients who have undergone head surgeries developed a fever (>37.5? for >24hours); 3. patients who had not receives head surgeries if CSF examinations were required; 4. patients who will receive spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women; 2. patients who had lumbar spine diseases or spine trauma; 3. patients who had received lumbar spine operations; 4. patients who were diagnosed as obstructive hydrocephalous; 5. patients who were using anticoagulants or antiplatlets agents; 6. patients with abnormal coagulation functions.
