Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1-3; 2. aged 1-36 month; 3. plan to receive echocardiography under sedation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refused by parents; 2. complicated congenital heart disease; 3. with congenital malformation which may be harmful to neurocognitive development; 4. Postconceptional age<42 weeks; 5. the patient was forbidden to take food for his disease; 6. impaired hepatic or renal function.
