Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 22-43 years who can obtain semen in sexual intercourse or masturbation; Not accept semen routine inspection by the first time; Semen sperm regular reminders; abstinence2-5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sexual dysfunction; Testicular sperm production obstacles and vas deferens obstructive diseases; Merging other medical problems
