Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of femoral neck fracture patients, according to the classification of Garden into the group of internal fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fracture, 100 cases in each group, the record of the trauma to surgery time: 24 hours in three cases; each type in accordance with the random sampling, select a methods: three fixed parallel compression screw (inverted triangle) or dynamic hip screw and anti rotation screw fixation, at the same time, randomly selected after taking glucosamine 3 months or not taking.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The presence of bone fractures, osteoarthritis of the hip, rheumatoid arthritis and other hip diseases prior to fracture, with fracture duration over a week, was excluded from this study. The patients in the group were not limited to the age of 60 years
