Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient group: patients with hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosed by imaging and laboratory results; 2. Control group: patients suffered operation from liver hemagioma or liver rupture; 3. The patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathology diagnosis was not hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. The patients who were subjected to radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3. The patients who early suffered other tumors except hepatocellular carcinoma.
