Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Middle-late glaucoma patients and age-related cataract patients that need operate in our hospital 1. primary open-angle glaucoma: A. IOP>21mmHg B.glaucomatous optic disc damage and/or retinal nerve fiber layer defects C. glaucomatous visual field defect D. opened anterior chamber angle; 2. normal tension glaucoma: glaucomatous optic disc damage and/or retinal nerve fiber layer defects and visual-field damage; 24-hour IOL21mmHg; anterior chamber angle is narrow or closed; 4. age-related catarac (control group): corticalcataract and/or nuclearcataracts and/or posteriorsubcapsular cataract.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary glaucoma; 2. eye or neurological diseases that impact visual field, optic nerve or color vision; 3. reliability index of perimetry: fixation loss, false positive rate and/or false negative rate>25%; 4. complicated cataract, traumatic cataract, congenital cataract and/or hypermaturestage of age-related catarac.
