18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pathologically confirmed NPC; 2. Karnofsky score more than 70; 3. received RT, or RT/CRT regimen; 4. with available blood sample and biopsy specimens; 5. follow-up regularly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have radiotherapy history, chemotherapy history,surgery treatment history; 2. have previous malignant disease or a second primary tumor; 3. have metastasis or recurrence.
