Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cirrhotic patients as transplant candidate in our department of transplantation surgery; 18-60 years old; normal sight; right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of drug or alcohol abuse; brain lesions such as a tumor or stroke revealed by coventional; history of liver cancer; unable to complete the MR examinations.
