29 Years to 68 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as severe CTS by clinical; 2. underwent ECTR surgery in our hospital by the same surgeon; 3. provision of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. did not complete testing of all time points and lost to follow-up; 2. history of wrist and hand fracture; 3. history of wrist and hand operation surgery; 4. neurological disorders; 5. thyroid disorders; 6. pregnant and lactating women.
