Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Body mass index between 19kg / ? - 26kg / ?; 3. Meet one or more of the following; (1) Have a clear history of old myocardial infarction; (2) The ECG, ECG continuous dynamic monitoring, coronary artery CTA or coronary angiography diagnosis of coronary heart disease; (3) Vascular reconstruction treatment (Percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI; or coronary artery bypass grafting, CABG); 4. 25 healthy men and women aged 18-75 years were selected to exclude the previous history of heart disease, liver and kidney function, electrolytes were significantly abnormal, as a normal control group; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. After checking for other heart diseases (hypertension with systolic dysfunction (systolic BP =180 mmHg, diastolic BP =110 mmHg), severe arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal VT, etc.) Severe neurosis, menopausal syndrome, cervical spondylosis, gastroesophageal reflux disease or hiatal hernia and other may cause chest pain; 2. Combined with severe lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system or malignant tumor and other primary diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, those with allergies; 4. With diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other endocrine diseases; 5. Blood electrolytes such as K +, Na +, Cl-, Ca ++, Mg ++ and other obvious bnormalities; 6. Mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 7. A month to take traditional Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine; 8. Participate in other studies in the recent 3 months; 9. Researchers think there are other situations that are not suitable for the study.
