Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conforms to the Chinese medical association in 2008 endocrinology branch of the China guide of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disease in patients with Graves disease diagnosis standard: 1. clinical symptoms and physical signs of hyperthyroidism; 2. diffuse enlargement of the thyroid gland (palpation and ultrasound confirmed), a few cases can be no goiter;3, serum TSH concentration is reduced, the thyroid hormone levels.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy; 2. other thyroid diseases and autoimmune diseases; 3. liver and kidney disease; 4. asthma, diabetes, patients with idiopathic dermatitis; 5. patients with use of immunomodulatory drugs, immunosuppressants.
