Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis in patients, that meet at least 1 host factor and at least 1 clinical criteria. Host factors include: 1. the recent occurrence of neutropenia (neutrophil count <0.5 × 10^9/L), and lasted more than 10 days; 2. 60 days before the onset of persistent neutropenia (neutrophils Count <1.5 × 10^9/L) for 10 days or more; 3. allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 4. glucocorticoid more than 3 weeks (0.3mg/Kgd); 5. 90d used in T lymphocytes immune Inhibitors (such as cyclosporine A, tumor necrosis factor alpha, some monoclonal antibodies such as alemtuzumab) or nucleoside analogues; ? history of invasive fungal infections. Clinical criteria include: 1. lower respiratory tract infection. CT examination of at least one of the following three items: dense, clear border disease, with or without halo sign; air crescent sign; empty; 2. tracheobronchitis. Chest CT showed typical symptoms of tree buds, or bronchoscopy showed the following: tracheal and bronchial ulcers, nodules, pseudomembranous, plaque or scab; 3. sinus infection. At least one of the following: A local acute pain (including radiation to the eyes of the pain); B nasal ulcer with black scab; C erosion of the bones from the sinus, including the proliferation of intracranial; 4. central nervous system. Meet at least one of the following: video examination prompted focal lesions; MRI or CT prompted meningeal enhancement. 5. chronic basic diseases or postoperative long-term ICU or long-term mechanical ventilation or indwelling intravenous catheter or total parenteral nutrition or long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, etc. 6. have a clear single or multiple inhalation of mold history or history of fungal infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have been included in the study of patients admitted to hospital again; 2. history is vague (including uncertain risk factors, clinical manifestations are missing); 3. is currently participating in another researcher; 4. researchers think it unfit to participate in this clinical trial of disease researchers.
