Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age=35 weeks and birth weight= 1800 g; 2. Within 6 hours of birth or hypoxic ischemia; 3. Satisfy any of the following four items: (1) Apgar score 16.0 mmol/L of blood, arteries, veins or capillaries in the umbilical cord blood in 60 minutes; 4. Moderate and severe encephalopathy (SARNAT standard), a change in consciousness (drowsiness, lethargy, coma), with at least 1 of the following items: (1) Hypomyotonia; (2) Reflex abnormalities, including eye movements and pupil abnormalities; (3) The weak or loss of sucking reflex; (4) Clinical seizure; 5. Evidence of abnormal aEEG brain function monitoring (background activity abnormalities or convulsions), at least 30 minutes and any of the following 1 items: (1) Background activity normal, convulsions; (2) Moderately abnormality; (3) Severe abnormality (Suppressed activity); (4) Ongoing convulsions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within 6 hours after birth; 2. Growth retardation, weight <1800g, head circumference and length are less than 2 standard deviations of normal gestational age; 3. Initial aEEG monitoring is normal; 4. There are serious congenital malformations, especially complex cyanosis congenital heart disease, complex nervous system deformity, there are 21, 13, or 18-three body chromosome abnormalities; 5. Craniocerebral trauma or moderate or severe intracranial hemorrhage; 6. Systemic congenital viral or bacterial infection; 7. There were spontaneous bleeding tendencies or plt< 50x10^9/L.
