Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 years and 75years; 2. Diagnosed sepsis by Guidelines for severe sepsis and septic shock therapy in 2012; 3. Score of Acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE II) between 10 and 25.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with women during pregnancy and perinatal period; 2. Patients with serious immunodeficiency (such as tumor, blood disease, AIDS); 3. Patients with postoperative, severe trauma, burn and severe pancreatitis have been clearly diagnosed the SIRS before the infection; 4. Patients with a history of severe organ dysfunction; 5. patients with acute infectious diseases.
