Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects suspected glaucoma including a history of glaucoma and/or history of glaucoma surgery, glaucoma or suspected glaucoma, > 21 MMHG, fundus examination C/D =0.6 and=0.2between both eye and retinal nerve fiber layer defect ) accept gonioscopy again, vision inspection to determine the diagnosis. PAC/PACG Inclusion criteria: static gonioscopy =180 degree no signs of trabecular meshwork and dynamic gonioscopy check with PAS and (or) > 21 MMHG, with or without GON and (or) visual field defect. PACD inclusion: static gonioscopy = 180 degree can't see the back of the trabecular meshwork, accepted the UBM examination, and voluntarily accept the AS - OCT inspectors. PACD inclusion: static gonioscopyor 180 degree can't see the back of the trabecular meshwork.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria including dynamic lens examination revealed a PAS, corner > 21 MMHG, elevated intraocular pressure plates or eyes a difference of 0.2 or higher than 0.6 or higher, and have sex glaucoma optic nerve damage and visual field defect, has a history of eye surgery, anterior chamber history of ocular trauma, are likely to impact assessment of conjunctiva and corneal abnormalities, a local glaucoma medication use, have a history of AAC, laser peripheral iridectomy (laser peripheral iridotomy, LPI) or a history of laser peripheral iris keratoplasty. Exclusion criteria included in addition to the viral surgery of eye surgery history, history of ocular trauma, anterior chamber may impact assessment of conjunctiva and corneal abnormalities, has a history of AAC attacks. The local or systemic drug use may affect iris or corner form (including the quasi choline, choline drug resistance, drug epinephrine agonists or antagonists, norepinephrine, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, histamine receptor antagonist, etc.) of the subjects should also be ruled out. Exclusion criteria included watching poor eyesight cannot check zhongshi standard, the use of choline receptor agonist drugs have an effect on the iris and ciliary body, a laser peripheral iridectomy (laser peripheral iridotomy, LPI) or laser peripheral iris keratoplasty history or history of eye surgery, secondary factors (inflammation, tumors, trauma, congenital malformation, etc.) caused by front section structure change, is likely to affect evaluation of conjunctiva and corneal abnormalities, anterior chamber with acute closed corner (acute Angle closure, AAC) history of seizures. Exclusion criteria included eye surgery history, history of ocular trauma, anterior chamber may impact assessment of conjunctiva and corneal abnormalities, topical glaucoma medication use and acute closed corner (acute Angle closure, AAC) attack, a laser peripheral iridectomy (laser peripheral iridotomy, LPI) or a history of laser peripheral iris plasty. The local or systemic drug use may affect iris or corner form (including the quasi choline, choline drug resistance, drug epinephrine agonists or antagonists, norepinephrine, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, histamine receptor antagonist, etc.) of the subjects should also be ruled out.
