Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) male and female; 2) diagnosis and recurrence of multiple myeloma patients in the diagnosis and recurrence of IMWG multiple myeloma in 2014; 3) healthy subjects without special physical diseases; 4) the patient or family member has the ability to understand the study and sign the informed consent; 5) carefully cooperate with the doctor to complete the inspection and relevant information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) drug allergies that contain drugs or similar to the chemical structures of the tested drugs in the past; 2) pregnant, lactating women and childbearing patients who are not willing to take contraceptives; 3) patients with drug and long-term drinking that influence the evaluation of test results; 4) patients with mental disorders or other conditions are unable to obtain informed consent and cannot cooperate to complete the requirements of test treatment and inspection procedures; 5) patients receiving organ transplantation; 6) the researchers determined that they are not suitable for attending this study.
