Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Written consent by parents or guardians; (2) After mydriasis optometry : in the eyes of any spherical equivalent of -0.5D to -6.00D; emmetropia group: in the eyes of any spherical equivalent of -0.5D to +0.5D; (3) The best corrected visual acuity in both eyes was greater than or equal to 1. (4) At any eye in the eyes, the smooth astigmatism is less than 1.5D, and the reverse astigmatism is less than 0.75 D; (5) The Anisometropia of the eyes is less than 1.00D; (6) The birth weight is more than 1500 grams; (7) Normal intraocular pressure, without strabismus, amblyopia, or any other pathological changes of the eyeball; (8) Diseases that have no influence on visual development or refractive development, such as diabetes and fibrous tissue lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Eye examination can not be carried out; (2) At any eye, the best corrected visual acuity was less than 1; (3) According to the judgment of the researcher, the person who can not understand or cooperate with the research program; (4) Participating in other clinical trials or participating in other clinical trials within the first 30 days of the study; (5) Unable to participate in this study voluntarily or not with high enthusiasm.
