Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2019 to January 2020, a healthy physical examination was conducted in Tianjin First Central Hospital. Women aged 40 to 65 years were studied.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A special type of type 1 diabetes or diabetes; exclude pregnancy, planned pregnancy; liver dysfunction; acute and chronic infectious diseases; malignant tumor; immune system diseases; polycystic ovary syndrome; thyroid disease; effect of normal menstrual cycle regularity of uterine adnexal diseases such as postoperative; long-term use of drugs affecting lipid metabolism in patients with mental patients; disease and trauma, surgical stress.
